MISS NORTH DAKOTA USA® AND TEEN USA® PAGEANTS
Fargo, No. Dak Stacey Lentz, State Director, Miss ND USA® and Miss ND Teen USA® Pageants has resigned as a licensee for the Miss Universe Organization.
The Miss North Dakota USA Pageant system is going to be placed in good hands in this next pageant awards season says, Stacey Lentz, director of the Academie Agencie, as she announces that she will be stepping down from her responsibilities as State Director of Miss ND USA® and Miss ND Teen USA®. This is purely a business and personal decision. My main business is local modeling, acting, and makeup .... and with the upcoming political season on top of the regular bookings this time of year...plus, the birth of my first child, I've just had to refocus my priorities for the time being.
Stacey Lentz has held the state license from 2004-2010. In the six years with the organization, she had a Teen ND titleholder reach the Top 3 (Katie Cooper 2006) and Top 15 (Breanna Abernathey 2004) as well as, Miss Congeniality (Breanna Abernathey) that same year. She will be with her last Miss titleholder, Taylor Kearns, Miss ND USA® 2010, as she competes for the title of MISS USA on the evening of Sunday, May 16, 2010, live from Planet Hollywood, Las Vegas on NBC.
The North Dakota license will continue with a 2011 premier event produced by Denise Wallace and Craig Heitkamp of Future Productions, LLC whom also produce the Miss USA and Miss Teen USA state pageants for Minnesota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Iowa, Colorado, and Wisconsin. They also produce the MRS. UNITED STATES events for Minnesota, Colorado, Iowa and Wyoming.
The Miss Universe Organization has enjoyed working with Ms. Lentz and thanks her for her dedication and loyalty to the USA system, says Tricia Langa, Director of Domestic Licensing. The Miss Universe Organization, producers of the MISS USA, MISS TEEN USA, and MISS UNIVERSE Pageants is a NBC Universal, Inc. and Donald J. Trump Partnership.
